Rachel and I are going to be homeowners! The current owners of this house have accepted our offer and we're set to close on July 15th (which was supposed to be my last day at my job... I guess I'll have to quit sooner :). Here's how we plan on remodeling the house:
Front Door -> Brewery -> Hospital -> Beer Garten
Needless to say, I'm stoked.

Congrats on a quick find. I also liked the yellow & red walls (as you could imagine, Rachel). Are you going to keep those?!
Do you want to have a painting party? That could be sweet.
I like that the house is described as a ranch but you have a garage on the lower level. That makes it better than just a ranch.

Hug the Oscar for me and tell him that Honey has been chewing up random things to replace playing with him (not a good replacement).
Painting party, eh? Free labor, eh? Sounds like a plan. I like the color of some of the walls...but not the purple in the master bedroom. The homeowners did kind of a sloppy job with the painting....especially up toward the ceiling. So, we might just have to touch up the ceiling.
Oscar is busy being a bit of a bully toward Luna. Although, he's getting better. They seem to tolerate each other. Sometimes it looks like they might start to play together, but then Oscar gets angry...back hairs standing up on end and all. We'll work on it.
